A book of my 2011 Rub al Khali expedition was always part of the deal we agreed with support sponsors Motivate Publishing. I started writing in January 2012, but it was only in July and August that I really cracked the bulk. Now, with all the edit and re-edits at completion, the book will be sent to print in the next week for a launch and release at the end of November 2012.
It's a very different sort of book, with a lot more pictures, than most and I sincerly hope you'll get a copy - and enjoy it!
