Thesiger is very much the man of the moment with a few recent re-inactions, including Ben Fogle and James Cracknell's December BBC documentary. For those in the UK who will enjoy learning more about arguably the world's greatest ever desert explorer and his original 1940s Bedouin companions who we met on our journey; experiencing the challenges and rewards in mounting an authentic expedition with Bedouin team mates in 2011; and seeing some stunning images and film from the largest sand desert in the world, please come along.
